What You'll Do:
Performs initial examinations and provides physical therapy intervention to a diverse patient population. Offers the opportunity for rotation across inpatient,
outpatient and acute services.
Assumes responsibility for all documentation requirements in a timely manner. i.e., initial examinations, progress notes, monthly summaries and discharge summaries.
Provides training to families or care partners and medical personnel as indicated.
Recommends appropriate durable medical equipment in coordination with appropriate team members.
What You'll Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree. Masters preferred.
Current New York State Physical Therapy license.
Excellent oral, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate analytical problem skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
