Service Coordinator - HVAC

The position include planning, scheduling, and cost forecasting, and tracking, progress reporting, and various types of reporting for management as well as external clients as needed.


Service Coordinator - HVAC Responsibilities:



  • Provide coordination of service calls/parts ordering and follow up on work

  • Build effective relationships with internal and external partners to assure effective,efficient and productive experiences demonstrating a commitment to the Company's customer service philosophy

  • Maintain all records of services

  • Communicate with customers and vendor technicians

  • Provide technical information and assistance with estimating projects

  • Assist service managers with clients inquiries and scheduling service


Service Coordinator - HVAC Skills and Experience:



  • HVAC knowledge is a must

  • At least 2 years experience in related field or position

  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Advanced skills in one or more technical areas

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
