Role Description This is a full-time on-site role.
The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing reservations, communicating with clients as well as our worldwide partners, expeditiously managing emails, phones and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications Experience in the luxury limousine transportation industry, hospitality or related fields is preferred Experience in reservations & customer service Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter with decision making and solution identification ability must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks with quickness and accuracy.
Must be proficient with computers and familiar with technology
