o Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffo Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & familieso Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requestso Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulationso Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingo Manage documentation of resident care serviceso Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teamsRequirements:
o Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseo Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredo Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staffo Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programso Excellent communication skillso Basic computer skillsAbout us:
