Someone flexible, learns quickly, attention to detail, can read an email and understand what needs to be done, a self-starter.
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors Computer & organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and an understanding of all clerical functions.
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary File and update contact information of employees, customers and suppliers Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders Maintain and coordinate general office services.
Ensure all program equipment including photocopier, fax machine, computers, & printers are in working order.
Set up, organize, and maintain confidential files and agency documents.
Prepare check requests; maintain spreadsheets of expenses to remain within budgets.
Responsible for monthly accounts receivable report sent to Accounting Department.
Render prompt and careful attention to all bills received for payment which are sent to Accounting Department via check request.
Must speak, read, and understand English and Spanish.
Proficient in computer software applications, Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus Two years Business experience including office management, word processing, data entry and basic accounting required.
