Comply with requests from insurance carriers & the New York State Workers' Compensation Board to obtain medical records Drafting of discovery devices and requests including Subpoenas and Deposition Notices etc.
Coordination of medical depositions Correspondence with attorney offices regarding settlement and stipulation negotiations Preparation and filing of standard forms.
Requirements:
2 years' experience in workers' compensation Knowledge of the requirements of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board Strong organization skills and ability to self-manage Excellent client skills and telephone manner Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Cloudlex,Excel and Outlook Applicants should submit a Resume and Salary Requirements for full consideration.
